Taking clues from Mediterranean Revival architects of that era, like Wallace Neff and Maurice Fatio, Richard Manion created an ambiance of the gracious older homes of Los Angeles. Richard was able to accomplish the clients desire for a small Italian villa adapted to Southern California.

Taking 3.5 years to build, the overall fondness of Italian architecture is revealed throughout the home with it’s remarkable detailing of decorative painting and intricate finishes. The level of craftsmanship created by individual artisans is rarely seen these days.
