Peter McCoy Construction, Inc. (License #493592) is a residential builder specializing in the building of custom high-end, architecturally ambitious homes in the Southern California area. We have operated under the same name and license since 1986 and have built many of the most notable and distinct estates in Bel Air, Beverly Hills and Montecito over the past four decades.

Our work spans the full spectrum in size and complexity, ranging from 10,000 sf to 100,000 sf homes. We limit the number of projects that we have under construction at any given time to approximately five, depending on size. This enables us to ensure quality and integrity in each home.

Our model is a hybrid of the traditional commercial and residential construction business formats. Our teams are led by degreed and commercially trained project managers working with superintendents experienced in high-end residential finishes and building methods. We believe this distinct combination has resulted in the most sophisticated management practice and highest level of finish in our industry.

We have also adapted commercially-based, highly detailed budgeting and billing systems, that provides a completely transparent cost tracking controls and seamless integration between the budget and monthly payment applications.

We emphasize a collaborative approach among owners, designers, architects and construction teams. We aim to turn clients' dreams into reality.

We enjoy the opportunity to participate in projects from concept to completion and believe our teams bring a unique level of sophistication and management practice to our projects.

Our staff is comprised of 45 employees, consisting of 6 project managers, 5 assistant project managers, 10 superintendents, 6 administrative assistants, 14 laborers and 4 architects. Virtually all of these employees have been with us for at least ten years.
